The New York State Department of Health has issued a universal masking mandate for all school buildings across NYS (10 NYCRR 2.61). If any parents and/or visitors to the district are unable to medically tolerate a face-covering/mask and would like to request a reasonable accommodation based upon a well-documented disability or medical condition, please contact the Assistant Superintendent of Pupil Personnel and Community Services, Dr. Vaughn Denton, at 631.345.2793 for assistance in advance of your planned visit.

Longwood High School Student-Musician Gains National Attention

Longwood High School junior Michael Varacchi has been selected to participate in the 2022 National Association for Music Education All-National Concert Band. Michael, a tenor saxophonist, will perform alongside the top-performing high school musicians in the United States, a first for a Longwood student.
